There may be a time that a refund or credit is issued for one of your virtual card transactions.

For Go, the refund or credit will ONLY go back to the source card, rather than your virtual card.

The virtual card within Go will still appear as if the transaction was processed for payment - the v-card value will NOT reflect any credited amounts or be returned to the v-card.

Credited or refunded amounts will only show on the source card's statement from the bank, as returned by the merchant, and may not identify the virtual card utilized for the transaction.
